Details: This Heavy duty range has a very rigid saddle due to the third support at the base of the gearbox, giving the same support as a lathe with twice the bed width. It also incorporates joystick control with rapids.

Main features include:

Induction hardened and ground one piece beds
Easily selectable spindle speeds in geometric progression
Headstock gears are case hardened and "Reishauer" ground splined shafts which turn on anti-friction bearings
Spindle turns on pre-loaded, high precision taper roller bearings
The universal gearbox is totally enclosed and provides a range of metric or imperial threads
